Eastern Automation Systems' 7,500 square foot engineering and manufacturing facility is located on Route 34 at
the Jersey Shore.

We offer services to large international corporations as well as privately owned companies involved in fields as
varied as automotive, medical, cosmetic, electronics, fiber optic, telecommunications and others. Our experience
and success in offering total system responsibility assures that our client's projects will meet all performance as
well as scheduling criteria.

As the global economic climate continues to evolve, we envision our role as being both effective and powerful in
preserving a strong presence and growth for that industry. We have considerable experience accomodating the
Lean Manufacturing and quality concepts that are required to compete in today's marketplace. We work hand in
hand with our clients to ensure specifications and delivery schedules are met without losing sight of the fact that
"return on investment" is the driving force behind these efforts.

ENGINEERING AND DESIGN
All mechanical design is accomplished with SolidWorks®, (solids based CAD software) which allows us to visualize and investigate
mechanisms in detail before fabrication takes place. In addition, our system is programmed to automate the detail drafting and bills of
material tasks. This procedure streamlines the ordering process and eliminates any assembly errors, shortening lead times without
sacrificing quality. Drawing upon a vast array of previously built designs, we are able to select which one will be the most reliable,
effective and robust without being overly complicated or needlessly expensive.
We fabricate all machine components in house using the latest CNC equipment and CAM techniques available. The most important
aspect of our manufacturing process is our highly customized software. Our digital "system" allows us to go from CAD to final
machined component with minimal operator intervention and zero duplicate data entry.
When it comes to PLC machine programming, all of our subroutines are recalled from a large selection of previously debugged code.
This recycling of data & knowledge makes for a quick, proven machine program.
FABRICATION AND DEBUG
All of these productivity enhancements add up to a project with reduced lead times and costs.
