Our machine sizes range from simple manual tools to fully automated assembly lines. All phases of design and fabrication are done in house - Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic. We design turn-key custom automation systems that assemble, inspect, and package our customers' products.

Engineering and Design

All mechanical design is accomplished with Solidworks, which allows us to visualize and investigate mechanisms in detail before fabrication takes place, as well as showing our customers the very beginning of their automation solution. In addition, our system is programmed to automate the detailed drafting and bill of materials tasks. This procedure streamlines the ordering process and eliminates any assembly errors, shortening lead times without sacrificing quality. Drawing upon a vast array of previously built designs, we are able to select which will be most reliable, effective, and robust without being overly complicated or needlessly expensive.

Fabrication and Debug

We fabricate all machine components in house using the latest CNC equipment and CAM techniques available. The most important aspect of our manufacturing process is our highly customized software. Our digital "system" allows us to go from the CAD model to final machined component with minimal operator intervention and zero duplicate data entry. When it comes to PLC programming, all of our subroutines are recalled from a large selection of previously debugged code. This recycling of data and knowledge makes for a quick and accurate machine program.
